All orders require a minimum of 5–7 business days notice. Custom or large orders may require additional lead time. Please plan accordingly and reach out as early as possible to secure your date.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm and hold your order date. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may result in forfeiture of the full order amount.

All products are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts (including peanuts and tree nuts), and soy. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

Custom flavors, designs, and packaging are available upon request. Custom orders may require additional lead time and pricing. All custom requests are subject to availability and approval.

Delivery is free within 15 miles. Delivery fees outside of 15 miles will be an additional of $5. All arrangements will be confirmed at the time of order.
